If you are returning your item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.
Returned products must be in original and unused condition. We do not accept returns with missing pieces, returns must be complete with all parts and accessories.
We only allow for even exchanges, any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
We strive to maintain a goal of 48 hour service for all replacements. Delays may occur if there is a lack of replacement inventory. We will contact you via email if such a back order happens.
Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
